Miscellaneous
        •  Basic Fees are per individual
        •  When commissioned at the same time, additional sitters are discounted 15%
            whether in the same painting or separate.
        •  Fee includes a plain neutral background. Add 50% to the basic fee for backgrounds
            such as landscapes or room interiors.
        •  A 50% deposit is required to commence painting for portrait. Balance due upon
           completion and approval.
